Our team has been committed to supporting you throughout your claims process and during the purchase of your new vehicle. When you called about your new car, we did not have any prior notice of the purchase, but Amanda promptly provided you with an insurance card to ensure you had coverage right away.
To avoid charging you extra premium, your previous policy was suspended from a total loss until a replacement vehicle was found. This necessary step in our system prevented us from immediately issuing the insurance binder, as we first needed to request the unsuspension of your policy. As soon as I became aware, I prioritized your request—even stepping away from assisting another client to process your binder as quickly as possible.
At no point was your binder request delayed intentionally, nor were any calls disregarded. We strive to provide timely and attentive service to all our clients, and I regret any misunderstanding you have of this.
